Who we are
TGEA Leigh Ltd, trading as TGEA Property & Estate Maintenance, is responsible for enquiries sent through this website. Our registered office is 49 Moreton Drive, Leigh, Greater Manchester, WN7 3NF. You can contact us about your information at enquiries@tgeamaintenance.co.uk.
What we collect and why
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, property postcode, the service you need and a description of the job. You can also provide a phone number and a photo. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess the work, provide a quote and keep relevant business records. Our basis for using it is to take steps you request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.
How the form reaches us
We use FormSubmit to receive website form entries and send them to our enquiry mailbox. FormSubmit says it retains form submissions for 30 days. Our email provider also handles the copy delivered to our mailbox. We do not use enquiry details for marketing unless you separately ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to reply, prepare a quote and manage any resulting work or records. You can ask us to delete an enquiry when it is no longer needed, subject to records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where applicable. Contact us at the address above. If you are concerned about how we handle your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
